Andrew is a valuation specialist and former CFO of an ASX listed fast-moving consumer products company and former group financial controller of two global manufacturing companies. In the role of CFO of ASX listed Patties Andrew guided the company through a major acquisition, establishment of joint ventures and a successful IPO as well as complete ASX year end reporting requirements, preparing annual report for shareholders and arranging annual general meetings.
Andrew has been involved in a diverse range of assignments across many industries and many sizes of organisations, including public company audit, treasury management, strategic planning and business valuations.
